Is it really one-time?
Yes. $1,500 once, no monthly retainer. It covers building your 4 automations and 2 years of updates, improvements and bug fixes for them.
What if I don’t know what to automate?
That’s completely normal, and it’s what the onboarding call is for. We look at how your business runs today and recommend the 4 automations that will save you the most time or bring in the most money right now.
What counts as one automation?
One workflow that does one job from start to finish, for example: a missed call gets an instant text back, the lead is logged, and you get a summary. We agree on all 4 with you on the onboarding call before anything is built.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build, test and hand over everything, and show you how it works in plain English.
Are software subscriptions included?
The setup and 2 years of care are included. Some automations run on tools that have their own subscription (for example a scheduling or SMS tool). We use tools you already pay for or free tiers wherever we can, and we tell you about any tool cost before we build.
What do the 2 years of care cover?
Updates when the tools change, improvements to how your 4 automations work, and bug fixes. New, additional automations aren’t included, but we’re happy to quote them.
