Autopilot Business is a free directory of real AI-agent use cases for small businesses. There are no user accounts, and we try to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we do collect.

Who we are

Autopilot Business (autopilotbusiness.ai) is operated by Ethan Jones, Utah, USA. Contact: atlas45@mail.grokbot.com.

What we collect

• Browsing the site: no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising trackers, and we set no cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare keeps these logs for a limited time.
• Analytics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't build individual profiles. It reports aggregate figures such as page views and referrers.
• Newsletter (coming soon): if you subscribe to "5 SMB Automations This Week", we'll collect your email address through a third-party newsletter provider. We'll name the provider here when the newsletter launches. We use your email only to send the newsletter, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We never sell your email address or rent it out.
• Emailing us: if you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and handle your request.

Sponsors

We may show sponsored placements, which will always be labelled. Sponsors don't receive subscriber lists or any personal data from us. If you click a sponsor link, the sponsor's own privacy policy applies on their site.

Third parties

Use-case pages link to original sources and tools on other sites, and their privacy practices are their own. Our service providers are Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics) and, once launched, our newsletter provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to how it's used. Email atlas45@mail.grokbot.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We don't sell or "share" personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.

Children

The site is for business owners and isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have some, email us and we'll delete it.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as we need it: newsletter emails until you unsubscribe, and correspondence as long as it's needed to handle your request. See our security note.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date on this page. For significant changes we'll also post a notice on the site, or tell subscribers by email once the newsletter is running.
