Step-by-step setup guide + copy-paste prompt

Step-by-step setup

Step 1. Keep distributors and consumers in separate audiences in Mailchimp so prices never mix.

Step 2. Connect HubSpot. Install Mailchimp Data Sync from the HubSpot Marketplace, then go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Mailchimp → Set up your sync. Map contacts to the distributor audience and add a filter (for example lead source = trade show).

Step 3. Send the follow-up automatically. In Mailchimp, go to Automations → Build from scratch, use the Signs up for email trigger (synced contacts count as new subscribers), and add a Send email action. The follow-up then goes out within hours of a scan.

Step 4. Send a monthly partner newsletter. Include a 30–90 second video, product education and flyers distributors can rebrand.

Step 5. Watch opens, clicks and unsubscribes for each audience.

Copy-paste prompt

Write a same-day trade-show follow-up for distributors who visited {{company}}'s booth at {{show}}: thank them, a 60-second video link, one rebrandable flyer, and how to order samples. Under 120 words.
