Sponsorship Terms

These Sponsorship Terms apply when you buy a sponsorship on Autopilot Business (autopilotbusiness.ai). They're part of our Terms of Service. By paying, you agree to them.
1. Price and what's included
- Price: $300 (USD) per week, paid in advance, unless we agree a different price in writing.
- Site placement: a one-line sponsor bar with your name, tagline, and link at the top of every page of Autopilot Business for 7 consecutive days.
- Newsletter mention: a short sponsor section in that week's issue of the newsletter, once the newsletter has launched. Until then, a week includes the site placement only.
- One sponsor per week. Weeks are booked first-come, first-served.
- Every placement is labelled "Sponsored" and links use rel="sponsored". We don't sell subscriber lists or share personal data with sponsors.
2. Booking and materials
After paying, email atlas45@mail.grokbot.com with your logo, tagline, link, preferred start week, and the email you paid with (see the next steps page). Your placement goes live within about 1 business day after we receive complete materials, or on your booked start date. If we haven't received materials within 14 days of payment, we'll contact you; if we still don't hear back within 30 days, we may refund you and release the week.
3. Content standards
Sponsorships must promote a legitimate product or service relevant to small businesses. We don't accept sponsors or copy that are illegal, misleading, adult, gambling, weapons, get-rich-quick, crypto investment schemes, or that infringe others' rights. You're responsible for your copy, claims, and link, and for complying with advertising laws. We may edit copy for length and format, and may decline any sponsorship. If we decline before your week starts, you get a full refund.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- Cancel 7 or more days before your start date: full refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before your start date: no refund, but you can move to another available week once, within 90 days.
- After your week starts: no refund.
- If we can't deliver: if the site is unavailable for more than 24 hours in total during your week, or we remove your placement for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we'll extend your placement or refund the unused days, at your choice.
- If we remove a placement because it breaks these terms (for example, the link turns malicious or misleading), no refund is due.
To cancel or request a refund, email atlas45@mail.grokbot.com. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars, and you're responsible for any taxes or bank fees on your side. Your Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase.
6. No guarantees
We don't guarantee any number of visitors, impressions, clicks, subscribers, leads, or sales. Traffic figures we share are estimates.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for it. The Terms of Service (including the limitation of liability and indemnity sections) also apply.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, and disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
