  • Chaser (Receivables CRM, automated email/SMS reminders, Payment Portal)
  • Sage 200 (CSV import)

Step-by-step setup guide + copy-paste prompt

Honest note: Scheduled reminders plus a payment portal, not AI.

Step-by-step setup

Step 1. Connect your accounts. Log in to Chaser, choose Xero (Advisor or Standard role) or QuickBooks Online (Admin), pick the organization and approve. Sage users import by CSV.

Step 2. Build a reminder schedule. Go to Manage → Schedules and add email and SMS templates for *before due*, *overdue* and *paid* stages, with timing and sender.

Step 3. Make it easy to pay. Go to Manage → Payment Portal, add your logo, connect Stripe or bank details, and put the portal link or QR code in every reminder template.

Step 4. Prioritize the oldest debt. Use the receivables history to call the biggest and oldest balances first.

Step 5. Keep data fresh. For CSV users, a daily 5-minute sync.

Copy-paste prompt

Write a 4-step reminder schedule for {{org}}: 3 days before due (email), 1 day overdue (email), 7 days overdue (SMS), 21 days overdue (email, firmer).
Polite, include {{payment_portal_link}}. Under 80 words each.
