Claude Project turns a Friday team update into 7 Instagram posts
A 12-person manufacturer turns its Friday team update into a week of Instagram posts in about 4 minutes, using one Claude Project.
- Task
- repurpose the weekly internal update into a week of Instagram content
- Result
- 7 posts in about 4 minutes; owner time under 10 min/week; "engagement is up" (not quantified); 15-minute setup
- Tools
- Claude.ai Projects; optional Zapier + Claude API → Google Sheet / scheduler
- Setup
- system prompt with business, audience, tone with 2–3 example captions, 4 rotating post types, exact format (hook, 3-line body, CTA, hashtags), and the instruction "generate 7 posts, do not ask clarifying questions"
- tune over 3–4 runs
- later Zapier watches for the newsletter and routes output to a sheet
