Step-by-step setup guide + copy-paste prompt
Why this way: LinkedIn post by a founder/ex-CMO. We turn it into a repeatable Project prompt pack. You still publish in WordPress/HubSpot yourself.
Prerequisites
- Free ChatGPT or Claude.
- WordPress (or any site), HubSpot (or email tool), meeting tool (Teams/Zoom).
- Time: 2–4 hours for the first campaign.
Step-by-step setup
Step 1. ChatGPT Project "Campaigns" → paste the Copy-paste prompt into Instructions.
Step 2. One message: "Build campaign: [topic], date, audience, offer."
Step 3. Copy landing-page draft into WordPress; swap in real images/URLs.
Step 4. Create HubSpot emails from the sequences; schedule.
Step 5. Build the Teams/Zoom webinar from the outline; add registration link back to the page.
Step 6. Measure registrations → attendance → follow-up replies (your numbers, not the post's).
