Starter prompt from the guide (use it as a base):
Write a confirmation email and a follow-up SMS for a business energy broker. The customer asked for a callback about their business energy contract. Email under 80 words, says we'll call within {{timeframe}}. SMS under 160 characters, includes {{first_name}} and the opt-out wording.
First, ask me up to 5 questions about my business and tools. Then give me a beginner step-by-step setup plan, plus copy-paste prompts/templates I can use. Plain English, and tell me if any step needs a tech helper.

Needs a tech helper: this one can't be set up reliably without technical help. The notes below explain why, plus the simplest safe alternative.
Honest note: rule-based automation, not AI (Brevo also offers an AI assistant, which this case doesn't mention). Results are vendor-reported. The case study doesn't show its exact workflow, so the steps below are Brevo's documented basics, not a copy of that company's build.
Prerequisites
- A Brevo account, a sender domain and a contact list.
- SMS credits if you want text messages, and consent from each contact for both channels.
Step-by-step setup
Step 1. Capture leads. Create a sign-up or callback-request form in Brevo and point it at a list, for example "Callback requests".
Step 2. Build the journey. Go to Automations → Workflows, create a new automation and pick the trigger Contact added to a list, choosing that list. Only contacts added after you activate will enter.
Step 3. Add a short delay. Add a Time delay rule (a minute or two), then a Send an email action confirming the request.
Step 4. Add the SMS. Add a Send an SMS action with a plain-text message; this is where the case study used SMS for renewals and callbacks.
Step 5. Activate and test. Save each step, activate, and submit the form yourself to test.
Step 6. Hand off to a person. The leads that converted best were callback requests, so make sure someone calls promptly. Track conversion from list to call to customer.
