Setup
  1. adopt Jobber for schedule + forms + timesheets → automate invoices from completed jobs
Step-by-step setup guide + copy-paste prompt

Recipe (paths from Jobber Help Center)

  1. Let clients book online. Click the gear icon → Settings → Requests and bookings → Add New Form. Drag in the job booking question to let clients book directly, or the assessment booking question for estimates. One form can't have both.
  2. Add Checklists to jobs (item checks and photo fields) for techs to fill out on site.
  3. Track time on every job. Log time with the mobile app timer, or New Time Entry / Time Sheets on Jobber.com, so job costing shows the real labor cost.
  4. Never miss an invoice. Set the job's invoice reminder (for example after each visit). Jobs land in Requires Invoicing for batch invoicing. On select plans, recurring jobs can use automatic payments with a card on file.
  5. Review monthly. Check your hours in Jobber and tighten which services can be booked online.
