Weekly 10-minute AI batch replies to every Google review

Reply to every Google review in about 10 minutes a week. A one-time voice brief makes AI drafts sound like you, and you approve every one.

CostFree (ChatGPT/Claude free tier + Google Business Profile)The result is the author's own time measurement (~10 minutes a week, 1–2 of 10 drafts need edits), not a revenue metric.

Step-by-step setup guide

Benefit: Every review gets a reply without a daily chore. You batch them on Monday, read each draft, and post them yourself. Nothing is auto-posted.

Step-by-step setup

Step 1. Write your voice brief once (20 minutes). Use the prompt below. Save the brief in a note or as a ChatGPT/Claude project instruction.

Step 2. Block 10 minutes every Monday. Open Read reviews on your Business Profile and copy the week's unanswered reviews.

Step 3. Paste the batch with your brief. Ask for one reply per review.

Step 4. Read every draft. Fix the 1–2 that are off. Never paste customer phone numbers or booking details into the chat.

Step 5. Post each reply in Google. Go to your Business Profile on Google Search or Maps → Read reviews → Reply next to the review → paste → Reply. Your profile must be verified, and Google screens replies, usually in about 10 minutes.

Step 6. Update the brief every few months with phrases you keep correcting.
