Step-by-step setup (GoHighLevel)
Step 1. Turn on review requests. In sub-account settings, enable review requests and connect your Google Business Profile. The Guided Review Setup Wizard walks you through it.
Step 2. Build the workflow. Trigger on appointment status Completed (or pipeline stage "Job done"). Add a Wait of 2 hours, then the action Send Review Request by SMS with first name, service type and one-tap link.
Step 3. Send one reminder. Add Wait 3 days, then an if/else: if no review yet, send one reminder. Stop there.
Step 4. Set up AI replies. Go to Reputation Management → Settings → Reviews AI and choose Suggestive mode (drafts for your approval). Create an AI Agent with your tone. Use Auto-Pilot only for 5★ reviews once you trust it.
