Recipe (paths from Jobber Help Center)
- Import your client list. Import clients and properties, and put gate codes, dogs and preferred entrance in the property notes.
- Create recurring jobs. Click Create → Job, pick Recurring Job, and set the start and end dates, repeat frequency, assigned team and any Checklists.
- Set when you'll be reminded to invoice. In Billing, choose Per visit or Fixed price. Then pick When do you want to invoice: after each visit, monthly on the last day, or a custom schedule. Due jobs move into Requires Invoicing so you can batch invoice.
- Turn quotes into jobs. Use Convert to Job on an approved quote so you never retype it.
- Work from the schedule. Techs see the day's visits in the mobile app. Once a month, compare your Jobber admin time with the old spreadsheet.
