Step-by-step setup guide + copy-paste prompt
Step-by-step setup (paths from Hatch Documentation)
Step 1. Create the agent. In the Voice AI dashboard, click Create a New AI Agent. Choose your use case (inbound calls) and industry (for example Home Services → HVAC), name it and click Create Agent.
Step 2. Edit the template. Update the company name and greeting, adjust the tone, and add or remove questions (system type, issue, address, urgency).
Step 3. Add knowledge. In Knowledge, add FAQs (service fee, service area, financing) and drag in your pricing and FAQ documents.
Step 4. Pick a voice. In the Persona tab, name the agent, choose a voice and test it with one click.
Step 5. Use it after hours and for overflow, with live transfer for emergencies (see "Voice AI: After-Hours Bot" and "Live Transfers").
Step 6. Review each morning. CSRs start the day with transcripts instead of voicemails.
