Honest note: rule-based automation, no generative AI. The result is vendor-reported and starts from a small base. The ResponsiBid side is described in its own docs without exact menu paths, so names may differ slightly.
Prerequisites
- A ResponsiBid account (estimating software) and a NiceJob account.
- A Google Business Profile for the reviews to land on.
Step-by-step setup
Step 1. Enable the integration in ResponsiBid. In ResponsiBid's settings turn on the NiceJob connection and enter your NiceJob login when prompted. Menu names may differ slightly.
Step 2. Understand the trigger. When a bid is marked closed, ResponsiBid sends that customer's details to NiceJob. NiceJob then starts its text and email review campaign. No double data entry.
Step 3. Tune the campaign. In NiceJob go to Campaigns → open the review campaign → Edit Campaign → click a message card to edit; Add Step for another text or email with a delay in days → Save → Set Live.
Step 4. Use photos. The company liked NiceJob's photo invites. Add job photos to the customer record so the invite shows their own job.
Step 5. Show reviews on your site. The case added NiceJob's Stories widget to the website.
Step 6. Check monthly. Count new reviews per month, and compare to the month before you switched on.
