Recipe (paths from ServiceTitan Help, "Scheduling Pro onboarding")
- Do the prerequisites first: Zones, Business Hours, a Campaign, a Scheduling Pro tag and a tracking phone number.
- Map your job types. Go to Settings → Integrations → Job Type Mapping → Select Trades. Map each Standard Job Type to your job type and business unit, then Save Changes.
- Create the scheduler. Go to Settings → Integrations → Marketing Integrations → edit Scheduling Pro → create a scheduler and set Scheduler Mode to Online Booking. On *Services Offered*, choose Standard Job Type Mode, the fastest option, and tick the services you'll accept online.
- Set capacity. Click Advanced Settings to set capacity (Arrival Windows, Business Hours or Adaptive Capacity). Optionally tick Appointment Duration to use the job-type durations. That way peak slots never overbook.
- Put it on your site. Install it on your platform (Custom Website, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and others) or use Direct Link → Generate Link → Copy Link for Google and email. Review web-booked jobs on the Dispatch Board weekly for the first 60 days.
